Our policy on refunds and purchases.
All purchases made through Luna's Bazaar using real currency (via Stripe) are generally final. Lunari credited to your account after a successful purchase is considered delivered. If you experience a technical issue where payment was processed but Lunari was not credited, please contact our support team on Discord within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. In-game purchases made with Lunari (such as luckboxes, stone boxes, and tickets) are non-refundable as the virtual items are delivered instantly. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
